Both parties noted with satisfaction the progress made by their respective technical teams in negotiating the draft text and committed to signing the agreement during their next meeting.
  1. With the aim of promoting political dialogue and regular consultations between the two states, the two ministers signed a Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Togo and Cambodia. Both parties also expressed their intention to facilitate the movement of their officials by reducing administrative procedures and visa-related burdens. To this effect, the foreign ministers of Togo and Cambodia signed an agreement on visa exemption for Togolese and Cambodian holders of diplomatic, official, or service passports.
  2. At the regional level, the Cambodian Minister congratulated Togo for its tireless efforts in promoting peace and security in the West African sub-region through peaceful means, namely dialogue, consultation, and mediation.

  5. At the end of his stay, H.E. Prof. Robert DUSSEY conveyed, through his counterpart, his sincere thanks to the people and government of Cambodia for the warm welcome and high quality of hospitality extended to him and his delegation.
